Muncie Power Products Corporate Update – COVID-19

As all of us navigate through these unprecedented times, we wanted to give you an update on Muncie Power Products and our intent to remain operational as an Essential Critical Infrastructure Workforce business. At this time, all Muncie Power locations are operating at full capacity and our field sales and customer service teams are available to support you.

The Muncie Power Products leadership team continues to closely monitor the spread of COVID-19 and is proactively taking steps recommended by local, state, and federal public health agencies to slow the spread of the virus. Our objective is to protect our employees by minimizing contact between employees at our locations while still running our business and serving customers.

We have implemented remote work practices for associates who can effectively work from home. Remote work is one of the steps recommended to reduce the population on-site in our locations. We have continued to communicate best practices from the CDC for good hygiene and have enhanced sanitation protocols at all locations.

Muncie Power Products has eliminated business-related travel for all employees and we will re-evaluate that restriction as circumstances continue to evolve. We are also restricting all supplier and customer visits to our facilities to protect the health and safety of our employees and families.

We are continuously reviewing and preparing contingency plans to ensure we can continue to provide essential products. Communication will be critical throughout this pandemic and we will continue to communicate with you as the situation changes.
