At the beginning of your career at Muncie Power, you receive three (3) weeks of paid time off, prorated from your start date. After five (5) years with the company, your paid time off will increase to four (4) weeks. Additionally, we offer nine (9) paid holidays and a charitable day off for you to serve your community.
